8007 Schirzura unicornis

Unicorn Catrpillar Moth.  Keithville, Caddo Parish, LA, September 27, 2007.  Fillmore, Bossier Parish, LA, July 19, 2010.  This moth sits with its body almost perpendicular to the surface it is on. It looks a lot like a stick.
