Western Pygmy-Blue (Brephidium exile)
This species can be seen along the western Louisiana gulf coast.  I have seen it most often along the gulf coast beaches in the vicinity of its food plant American Glasswort (Salicornia virginica).  Its food plant does occur a few miles inland where I have also seen this species.
