Leonard's Skipper (Hesperia leonardus)
One record has been reported by Edward Lambremont in his 1954 article in Tulane Studies in Zoology, Volume 1, number 10, April 30, 1954.  He said that he has not seen this species in Louisiana, but one was reported from Madison Parish by P. A. Glick in 1939.  It was apparently caught in a trap being pulled by an airplane and the butterfly was in rather ragged condition.  None has been seen since that time.  The closest normal range of this skipper is in northern Arkansas.  I think this record is questionable.  The photos below are from Oklahoma.
