Henry's Elfin (Callophrys henrici)

Henry's Elfin: Soda Lake WMA, Caddo Parish, LA, March 11, 2007.  This is the only picture that I have of a Henry's Elfin in Caddo Parish.  This elfin is laying an egg on a flower stem of a Redbud tree.  This picture was difficult to get because these butterflies remained near the tops of the trees.
