Pomarine Jaeger:  This picture was taken November 13, 1999, on Cross Lake, Shreveport, LA.  These photos and others of the bird were analyzed by Steve Cardiff who said he believes the bird is a Pomarine Jaeger.  He said the following: "It has what look like fairly broad and blunt-tipped protruding central tail feathers.  It also looks pretty heavy bodied, broad-winged, and big-billed.  It’s an immature because it has barred underwings and some light blue patches on the legs/feet".
